Documents Required

At the time of registration, the following documents are to be submitted in the Administrative office.

1. Registration form duly filled in and signed.
2. A passport size photograph of the child.
3. The original birth certificate of the child (to be returned after inspection)
4. Photocopy of birth certificate.
5. Photocopy of Aadhar card of both the parents and the child.
